Arizona on Fire: A Media and Civilizational War
The 9th Circuit court recently ruled re the constitutionality of the anti-ethnic studies hb 2281 legislation. It rendered a split verdict. One aspect of the case is set for trial re whether there was racial animus involved by the state and whether there was disparate impact. Here is a chapter from a book in which the 1st question is answered. It was actually written seeral years, but becomes relavant as a result of this decision.
